Colonial Group is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to bring events to life in collaboration with the centralised C&E team. You will create BEOs, liaise with clients, and drive seamless execution by working with the Food & Beverage team.

You will engage with clients, manage event goals, budgets, schedules, and coordinate logistics across suppliers and venues. Flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating events, weddings and client relations.
• Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail required.

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand goals, plan events and manage budgets/schedules.
• Execute conferencing and events, including weddings.
• Proactively address issues during events to ensure perfection.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, contractors, resources and personnel.
• Maintain a polished, professional image representing the company.
• Assist with Food & Beverage service during quieter periods.
