• Liaise with venue managers, kitchen, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and reporting within Ivvy.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team to handle enquiries and bookings.

As our Event Planning Executive, you will be responsible for meticulously planning a wide range of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and weddings across the hotel event spaces and private dining rooms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate event logistics across both corporate functions and social/wedding events, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and all supporting event documentation.
• Ensure all events align with brand standards and deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Liaise closely with venue managers, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and reporting within Ivvy.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team to ensure efficient handling of enquiries and bookings.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in event sales, coordination, or hospitality preferred
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Confident communicator with strong client relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Ivvy or a similar CRM/event management system is desirable.
