Job summary

Autoleague is expanding into New South Wales and opening a brand new ZEEKR dealership in Five Dock this December 2026. We’re seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who can structure deals, build customer confidence and drive results from day one, alongside the Sales team and finance providers.

This role focuses on guiding customers through finance and insurance options from first contact to settlement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an automotive dealership Finance & Insurance role.
Track record of achieving sales, finance penetration and profitability targets.
Strong sales, negotiation and objection handling skills.
Solid knowledge of finance products, responsible lending and compliance requirements.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers, Sales teams and finance providers.

Responsibilities

Help customers find suitable finance and insurance solutions.
Prepare applications and coordinate approvals from start to settlement.
Close deals while maintaining customer experience and confidence.
Establish efficient processes and build strong relationships with the Sales team.
Take ownership of performance in a fast-paced dealership environment.
