Qualifications

• 1–2 years in automotive sales required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Passion for sustainability and EVs.
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage prospective customers professionally.
• Communicate EV benefits, features and tech.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend EV options.
• Schedule and accompany test drives with safety insights.
• Assist customers with financing, leasing, and insurance options.
• Maintain CRM with accurate customer information.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Input interactions into CRM.
• Participate in dealership events and product launches.
