Autoleague is expanding into New South Wales with a brand-new Service and Pre-Delivery operation in Sydney. We are seeking a confident, commercially minded leader who can drive the launch and ongoing performance of the NSW site from day one.

You will oversee the Service and Pre-Delivery function, manage budgets and KPIs, and focus on delivering a premium customer experience. The role requires automotive dealership management experience and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Autoleague is expanding its footprint into New South Wales, and we're bringing the innovative premium electric vehicle brand ZEEKR along for the ride!

With four ZEEKR locations planned across Sydney, we're kicking things off in Sutherland, where our brand new Service and Pre-Delivery operation is scheduled to open in December 2026.

And we're looking for the right leader to help bring it all to life!

Whether you're an experienced Fixed Operations Manager or a successful Service or Pre-Delivery Manager ready for your next career move, this is your opportunity to take on greater responsibility and make your mark from day one.

A Day in the Life

You'll be taking the lead across our Service and Pre-Delivery operation, bringing together your leadership, operational and commercial expertise to build a successful, high performing business.

From overseeing workshop performance to managing budgets, KPIs and profitability, you'll be responsible for driving efficiency and delivering strong commercial results.

Just as importantly, you'll ensure every vehicle is prepared, presented and delivered to the highest standards, creating the premium customer experience that sets ZEEKR apart.

You'll also play a key role in building and developing your team, establishing effective processes and setting the foundations for long term success.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a confident, commercially minded leader who knows how to get the best out of their team while driving strong operational results.

To be successful you'll bring:

• Proven management experience within an automotive dealership, ideally across Service, Pre Delivery or Fixed Operations.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, KPIs, productivity and profitability.
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing teams to achieve results.
• A sound understanding of workshop operations, processes and inventory management.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive, solutions focused approach.
• A current and valid driver's licence.

Previous automotive dealership management experience is essential, but you don't need to have held the title of Fixed Operations Manager before. If you're ready to take that next step, we'd love to hear from you.
