The Business Finance Manager will oversee financing options, work with financial institutions, and manage budgets for financing and aftermarket departments while ensuring high customer satisfaction and seamless sales integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Finance & Insurance management in automotive is desirable.
• Strong focus on MSI – Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Takes initiative and anticipates needs.
• Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financing options (loans and leases) to facilitate vehicle purchases.
• Collaborate with financial institutions to secure favourable terms.
• Prepare and manage budgets for financing and aftermarket departments.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights on performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing financing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales team to integrate financing options into sales.
