Job summary

Autoleague is expanding into New South Wales and launching a premium EV brand ZEEKR from Five Dock, Sydney. We seek an experienced Automotive Stock Controller / Delivery Coordinator to oversee stock across multiple Sydney dealerships, ensuring accuracy and smooth movement of vehicles.

You’ll manage allocations, track stock movements, coordinate deliveries, and support the wider Sales and Delivery teams. A current driver’s licence and strong cross‑department communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle stock control or automotive dealership stock is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle stock across Sydney dealership network and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate incoming vehicles and stock movements between locations.
• Support delivery schedules and liaise with internal teams and logistics providers.
• Maintain up-to-date stock reports and adhere to processes.
