Job summary

Autoleague is expanding into New South Wales with ZEEKR and opening a new Five Dock sales operation in December 2026. We are seeking experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultants to drive customer engagement, product demonstrations and test drives, and to close deals while building a strong pipeline.

You’ll work with Finance and Aftercare to deliver a seamless customer journey and be part of a growing automotive group expanding across Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven New Vehicle Sales experience within an automotive dealership is essential.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and converting customer enquiries.
• Confidence conducting product demonstrations, test drives and sales negotiations.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and objection handling skills.
• Strong pipeline management, follow up and organisational skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using Tune/Revolution highly regarded.
• A proactive, results driven approach and genuine passion for customer service.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
• Previous EV sales experience will be highly regarded, but your ability to sell, connect with customers and deliver results is what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to ZEEKR's premium electric vehicle range and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
• Welcome customers, conduct product demonstrations, arrange test drives, manage enquiries and negotiate deals.
• Take ownership of the sales journey from first conversation through to delivery.
• Build relationships, follow up opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline, while collaborating with Finance and Aftercare teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Close deals and maximize opportunities, adapting to momentum on busy days.
