• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or automotive aftersales role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Coordinate effectively between customers and workshop teams.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Organised and proactive workload management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and empathy throughout their service journey.
• Manage daily service bookings, repair orders, and workshop scheduling.
• Communicate service needs, costs, and repair timelines to customers.
• Liaise with technicians, parts, and logistics teams to ensure progress.
• Coordinate warranty and service campaign claims per manufacturer standards.
• Update customer and vehicle data in the system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates during service.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Support service reporting, invoicing, and KPI tracking.
