Job summary

Harmony Auto in Victoria is seeking qualified and reliable Service Technicians to join our fast-paced dealership service workshop. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain customer and company vehicles to manufacturer and company standards.

This hands-on role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ongoing manufacturer training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Certificate III or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights (PR, Citizen or valid work visa).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Carry out repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance requirements
• Complete job cards, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately
• Ensure all work complies with WHS requirements, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and Workshop Supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Participate in ongoing technical training and manufacturer certification programs as required

• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic software and electronic systems
