Job summary

Eurowerke, a European specialist workshop in Castle Hill, Sydney, seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to manage service operations, handle bookings, and liaise with technicians. The role focuses on delivering professional, personalised service for European brands and a busy workshop environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior service advisor experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for cars. Permanent Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience within a dealership or established workshop.
• Sound understanding of automotive servicing, mechanical repairs and workshop processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with European vehicles is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, service bookings and appointments.
• Prepare and maintain job cards, repair estimates, quotations and invoices.
• Liaise with technicians to coordinate workshop jobs and monitor progress.
• Explain servicing requirements and repair costs to customers clearly.
• Provide timely customer updates and obtain approval for additional work.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, collections and customer payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of front-of-house and service department.
