Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service advisor role is preferred.
• European car brand experience is a bonus.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Professional demeanour with the ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and check in vehicles, including identifying the model where possible.
• Explain service needs in clear, non-technical terms.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and ready on time.
• Schedule future service bookings and manage appointments.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Prepare invoices and finalise repair orders promptly.
• Look up and order parts as required, with training provided.
• Take cars for test drives and perform basic quality checks.
