Qualifications

• Experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence using computer systems and handling administrative tasks.
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• A current driver's licence.
• Experience with dealership systems and manufacturer service processes would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle's service or repair needs.
• Preparing repair orders and explaining recommended work.
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle.
• Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to manage workflow.
• Handling customer questions and concerns in a professional, helpful way.
• Supporting a positive experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
