Western Highway Honda in Australia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its dynamic service team in Caroline Springs. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your role includes delivering outstanding customer service, efficiently scheduling bookings, communicating with the workshop, handling inquiries about servicing and repairs, and processing invoices and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably at a dealership, is essential.
• Reliable, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Stable employment history and commitment to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at every interaction.
• Schedule customer vehicle bookings, drop-offs and collections efficiently.
