Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership – premium or luxury brand experience is a real plus.
• Strong communication skills – the ability to explain technical work in plain language and build trust with discerning customers.
• A commercial mindset – comfortable presenting additional work, hitting targets and keeping an eye on hours sold.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and liaise between customer and workshop.
• Explain work clearly and confidently to clients, ensuring a premium experience.
• Coordinate drive-through, phones and workshop flow efficiently.
• Support/adapt to a high-standard OEM-backed service process.
