Hastha Solutions in Adelaide, Australia is seeking an EUC Onsite Support Engineer for a 6-month contract to deliver hands-on desktop, laptop, and device support for our local users. You will resolve hardware and software issues, manage AD/O365 accounts, and coordinate with vendors and remote teams while ensuring security and IT policy compliance.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in onsite EUC support, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, and strong ITIL/ITSM awareness; travel to nearby sites

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–8 years of onsite EUC/desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and desktop environments.
• Hands-on with AD, SCCM/Intune, and BMC Helix.
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience supporting Dell/HP/Lenovo hardware.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and MDM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software per company standards.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/O365.
• Maintain and support AV/conference room equipment and provide hands-on support for meetings.
• Liaise with remote support teams and vendors for escalations and hardware replacements.
• Maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing and recovering user devices.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system; ensure IT policies and security protocols.
