Job summary

Hastha Solutions in Adelaide is seeking an EUC Onsite Support Engineer for a 6-month contract to deliver end-user computing support across desktops, laptops, and devices. You will handle account management, device provisioning, and issue resolution on-site, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.

The role requires 4–8 years of onsite EUC experience, strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 skills, and hands-on AD/SCCM/Intune experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in an onsite EUC or desktop support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and general desktop environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and BMC Helix (or similar ITSM tool).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience supporting hardware from vendors like Dell, HP, Lenovo.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and mobile device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software per company standards.
• Manage user account creation, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory/O365.
• Maintain and support AV/conference room equipment and provide hands-on support for meetings.
• Liaise with remote support teams and vendors for escalations and hardware replacements.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure equipment lifecycle management (procurement, imaging, disposal).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering user devices.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system., Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused EUC Onsite Support Engineer to provide comprehensive end-user computing support at our Adelaide office. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal operation and user satisfaction with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and other IT endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
