Hastha Solutions in Adelaide, Australia is seeking an EUC Onsite Support Engineer for a 6-month contract to deliver hands-on desktop, laptop, and device support for our local users. You will resolve hardware and software issues, manage AD/O365 accounts, and coordinate with vendors and remote teams while ensuring security and IT policy compliance.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in onsite EUC support, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, and strong ITIL/ITSM awareness; travel to nearby sites

Qualificações

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused EUC Onsite Support Engineer to provide comprehensive end-user computing support at our Adelaide office. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal operation and user satisfaction with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, conferencing systems, and other IT endpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software per company standards.
• Manage user account creation, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory/O365.
• Maintain and support AV/conference room equipment and provide hands-on support for meetings.
• Liaise with remote support teams and vendors for escalations and hardware replacements.
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure equipment lifecycle management (procurement, imaging, disposal).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering user devices.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system., Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in an onsite EUC or desktop support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and general desktop environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and BMC Helix (or similar ITSM tool).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience supporting hardware from vendors like Dell, HP, Lenovo.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and mobile device management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
• Experience in a multi-site or global enterprise IT support environment.
• Understanding of IT asset management and lifecycle practices.
