Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Level 1/2 EUC Dedicated Customer to join our onsite team in Australia. You will manage AD, user provisioning, M365/Exchange, and Intune, while handling hardware setup and device imaging.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and collaboration across IT teams. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years as a Desktop Engineer, a solid IT tech background, and the ability to work independently or with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Australian Permanent resident or citizen.
• 1–3 years in a Desktop Engineer role.
• Strong working knowledge of IT technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven mindset.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exposure to corporate enterprise customers desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory for user and group administration, including permissions, group policies, and password resets.
• Perform daily onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, access control, and hardware allocation.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center, including mailbox management, license assignment, and user access troubleshooting.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, including enrollment and compliance policies.
• Set up, install, and troubleshoot hardware devices, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Image and configure Windows and macOS devices following standard build processes.
• Support and maintain meeting room technology and AV equipment; experience in this area is considered a plus.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of assets and user activities in ITSM systems.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and user satisfaction initiatives.
