Job summary

APM is seeking an End User Computing Engineer to join the Digital and Infrastructure team in Melbourne. You will deploy, manage, optimise, and support end-user devices, applications, and workplace technologies to empower users to perform at their best.

You will design and support modern desktop, mobility, VDI, and application delivery environments while ensuring security, reliability and a superior user experience across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms.
• Experience with endpoint management tools: Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Nerdio.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
• Experience supporting application deployment and endpoint security initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and management of desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
• Deliver applications, patches, updates, and software deployments across the organisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex EUC issues.
• Develop and implement EUC strategies and roadmaps.
• Design and support EUC architectures for performance, security, scalability, and resilience.
