XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join our contract team, delivering proactive and reactive support across servers, M365, Azure, AWS, and network infrastructure.

You will work within an end-to-end IT support group, contributing to real-time monitoring, incident resolution, and collaboration with vendors to restore services quickly.

Job Description

• Must Have Skills: Providing Level 2/3 support across servers, M365, Azure, AWS, networking.
• Supporting complex real-timemonitoring environments.
• Part of end-to-end IT supportteam which also managed projects
• Active Directory, MicrosoftSCCM, MS Office, Odoo, SAP, BMC Remedy, QuickBooks, MSProjets, Service Now
• Nice to Have Skills:
  • Life cycle of Incidentsassociated with EUC equipment and EUC software, and provide break/fixsupport, advice, and assistance to Authorized Users.
  • Incident handling (P1/P2issues) and Proxy clustering and Slow browsing issues, URL filtering (block/allowwebsites)
  • Coordinate with Customers'vendors for provision of end-user support (e.g., Hardware Vendor techniciansfor warranty repair/replacement
  • Replace equipment and/orsoftware in order to conduct a repair, support the Authorized User by copyingdata, performing backups and restoring data and backups to the replacementEUC device
  • Operational support forcertified Network Printers / Scanners / MFPs / Plotters / Label Printers /Tag Printers using proxy network
  • Loading/Reloading of PCs withCustomer standard image for deployment.
  • operational support fordisaster recovery and BCP emergency response activities in the event ofemergency situations and annual testing requirements at local sites
