Job summary

The Aquarium is seeking IT Support Admins for a Brisbane deployment project. This contract role runs from ASAP through December, at $37/hr inclusive of super. You’ll set up devices, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure a smooth transition across multiple sites during a large-scale national rollout.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT support experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Windows devices and Intune/MDM. Some travel is required around the Brisbane area.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Proficient with Windows devices.
• Experience with Intune enrollment and policies.

Responsibilities

• Deploying and configuring laptops, mobiles and tablets using Microsoft Intune.
• Managing device enrolment and compliance through Intune/MDM.
• Delivering face-to-face support to end users.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Supporting meeting room tech, printers and general workplace IT.
• Providing a high standard of customer service throughout.
