Job summary

Randstad is seeking a skilled Estimator for a leading residential construction company in the Blacktown area. This permanent, full-time role focuses on accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing tenders, contracts, and variations.

Responsibilities include preparing BOQs, evaluating modifications, and coordinating with Site Managers and Customer Service to resolve queries, with flexible working options and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Residential experience in production or sales estimating.
• Construction knowledge regarding methods, materials, and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in Building/Estimating (desired).
• On-site experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.

• Interpret drawings/workings to prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
• Evaluate modifications for construction constraints, council regulations, and site costs.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries.
