Job summary

Randstad is seeking a skilled Estimator for the Blacktown area in Australia. This permanent full-time role focuses on accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing initial tenders, contracts and variations.

Key responsibilities include interpreting drawings to prepare BOQs, evaluating modifications against constraints and costs, and collaborating with Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries. Tenders and documentation must be precise and timely.

Qualifications

• Residential experience in production or sales estimating.
• Construction knowledge of methods, materials and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Building/Estimating (desirable).
• On-site experience is valued but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
