Job summary

Randstad's client, a leading residential construction company in Australia, is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team in the Blacktown area. This permanent, full-time role focuses on accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing initial tenders, contracts, and variations.

The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 with flexible working options, health perks, and ongoing learning opportunities through the Learning Academy.

Qualifications

• Residential experience in production or sales estimating.
• Construction knowledge regarding methods, materials, and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret documents including working drawings and colour selections to prepare BOQs.
• Evaluate modifications for construction constraints, council regulations, and site costs.
• Collaborate closely with Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries.
• Produce documentation including accurate tenders, contract tenders, and final consolidations.
• Track progress using workflow reporting tools.
