Job summary

Rob Tate Family Homes in NSW is seeking an experienced Residential Building Estimator to join our long-standing team. You will deliver accurate take-offs, prepare detailed BOQs and tender documentation for a range of residential projects.

You will liaise with suppliers, manage budgets and variations, and ensure compliance with NCC and NSW building codes. The ideal candidate has at least two years in residential estimating, proficiency with Planswift or Databuild, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estimating (single, duplex or medium-density builds).
• Strong understanding of NSW construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency with Planswift and/or Databuild estimating software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Trade background preferred but not essential.
