Qualifications

• Organised and collaborative professional with experience supporting change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing change artefacts, reports and stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness reviews.
• Undertake stakeholder analysis and contribute to engagement strategies.
• Support development and implementation of change management plans and communications.
• Identify change-related risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reporting for program leadership and governance forums.
• Document current and future state processes and impacts.
• Contribute to successful delivery of transformation activities.
