Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in organisational change, organisational development, business or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies across complex organisations.
• A strong understanding of organisational change management principles, methodologies and practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability, including at senior executive level.
• Experience leading change impact assessments, business readiness, communications and training.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex, highly collaborative environments.
• Experience leading and developing change teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organisational change strategy, roadmap and integrated change plan
• Lead complex change impact and business readiness assessments across roles, processes, policy, technology and data, using sound judgement to resolve cross-functional impacts and dependencies
• Provide strategic advice to executive sponsors, governance forums and senior leaders, and lead high-level liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and oversee the program communications strategy and plan
• Lead the development and implementation of the training strategy
• Drive adoption of the new system and new ways of working
• Establish and lead change governance, reporting and decision-making processes, and manage significant change-related risks, issues and dependencies across the program
• Work closely with Program, Project, Product, Technology, Data, Business Process and Functional Leads
• Lead and manage the organisational change team, setting clear roles, priorities and accountability for delivery
