ERP Change & Readiness Analyst

Job summary

O'Brien is undertaking a major ERP transformation and is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the Transformation team. You will work with Change Managers, leaders and SMEs to drive readiness, engagement and adoption across this change programme.

You will support the development of change plans, coordinate activities across workstreams and track readiness metrics, risks and reporting to ensure a smooth transition for the business and its customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Exposure to ERP/large-scale transformation programs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities
