Job summary

O'Brien Glass Industries is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the Transformation team in Australia. This role focuses on driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.

You will work closely with the Change Manager, business leaders and SMEs to deliver change readiness activities, develop change plans, and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring effective communication and adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• The ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
