Job summary

O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team, driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a major ERP implementation.

You'll work with the Change Manager and subject-matter experts to develop change plans, coordinate activities, create communications, and track readiness, adoption metrics and risks to enable a successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, Transformation or Project Delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments.
• Support development and delivery of change plans.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple workstreams.
• Develop communications, presentations and change resources.
• Support stakeholder engagement workshops and feedback sessions.
