WOW Recruitment is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative in Sydney to qualify inbound leads, build a strong pipeline, and maximize conversions. You will work with the Senior Sales Team to convert opportunities and drive new business in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer experience and growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ phone-based sales experience.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised and process-driven with strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximise conversions.
• Qualify and assess leads to identify genuine purchasing opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and sellers.
• Build rapport and trust through professional phone conversations.
• Drive consistent follow-up and manage opportunities through to a sale.
• Keep the CRM up to date with accurate lead and activity records.
• Achieve activity, conversion and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to progress high-value opportunities.
