Job summary

Sales Hero is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our Sydney team. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training and a clear pathway to a full-cycle business development role, with exposure to outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and appointment setting.

You will speak with business owners and decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book discovery meetings for our senior team.

Qualifications

• You may already have some experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, fitness or another people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective clients across Sales Hero’s target industries
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries
• Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, challenges and suitability
• Book high-quality discovery meetings for senior business development team members
• Re-engage previous enquiries and dormant opportunities
• Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM
• Complete follow-up activity consistently and within agreed timeframes
• Develop a strong understanding of Sales Hero’s services and commercial offering
• Participate in coaching, call reviews and sales training
• Progress towards conducting discovery calls and managing opportunities independently
