The Role

• Entry-level Business Development Representative focused on outbound lead generation


• Work directly with senior account executives to qualify leads and book meetings


• Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach, follow-ups and data hygiene


• Receive structured training in sales techniques, product knowledge and objection handling


• Fast-paced role with clear performance metrics and commission upside

About You

• Experience in sales, outbound sales, retail, or direct sales


• Confident and persuasive on the phone with strong written communication


• Highly organised, KPI-driven and comfortable in a target-oriented environment


• Completed a bachelor’s degree or a diploma (any discipline)


• Interest in B2B sales and a growth mindset; coachable and resilient
