Job summary

Cashpoint Payment Solutions PTY LTD in Chatswood, NSW seeks an entry-level Helpdesk & IT Support All-Rounder. This hands-on role supports internal staff and customers with basic IT issues, laptops, emails and hardware staging, with on-site work at our Chatswood headquarters.

No prior industry experience is required as we provide full on-the-job training. The position starts as casual with a path to part-time or full-time after an initial evaluation.

Qualifications

• Provide first-level support for laptops, email and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot simple IT issues and assist in resolutions.
• Assist with hardware staging, testing and deployment of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT helpdesk support for staff and customers.
• Answer Helpdesk calls, log tickets and coordinate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot enquiries for ATM, EFTPOS, POS, and Cash Management products.
• Assist with staging, testing and deployment of hardware.
• Support warehouse tasks and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff.
