Job summary

Camden Council in New South Wales is seeking a Junior Service Desk Analyst on a casual basis to support the rollout of replacement laptops and hardware across the organisation.

You will work with IT Service Delivery, assist staff with setup, logins, and access, and contribute to incident management in a busy service desk while upholding security standards and working closely with staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated service desk experience with incident management.
• Tertiary IT qualifications or equivalent.
• ITIL/Cyber Security/Networking/Microsoft certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Rollout and support of replacement laptops and hardware across Council.
• Assist staff with setup and logins and ensure devices are ready for use.
• Provide high-quality customer service in a busy service desk environment.
• Capture, collate information, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support Local Government core applications and IT security basics.
