Qualifications

• Commencing or planning to study Certificate II in Applied Digital Technologies or related IT field.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows family of operating systems.
• Understanding of data interchange formats such as JSON and XML.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Basic understanding of networks and networking.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, listening and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with support of over 350 users within Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide exceptional customer service to assist with user desktop support.
• Remote troubleshooting of software/network related issues.
