Job summary

Workers Lifestyle Group in Blacktown is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide hands-on Level 1 and 2 IT support across three venues. You will be the first point of contact for staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable access to technology.

The role covers PCs, laptops, printers, POS, EFTPOS, AV equipment, and user access, with duties including onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and coordinating with external IT providers. A Certificate IV/Diploma in IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar IT support role.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills for both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365; IT certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across three venues.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff IT support requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Support PCs, laptops, printers, POS, EFTPOS, AV equipment, connectivity and other workplace technology.
• Manage user accounts, access, hardware and software, including staff onboarding and offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and core business applications.
• Liaise with external IT providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation and equipment.
• Assist with technology upgrades, projects and improvements while minimising disruption to club operations.
