Job summary

Direct Couriers Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic IT Help Desk entrant to join our high-performing team. You will support over 350 users across Australia and New Zealand, delivering friendly, professional desktop support and remote troubleshooting under the guidance of senior IT staff.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, JSON/XML data handling, and MS Office while developing your customer-service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support across the business.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Commenced or looking to study a Certificate II in Applied Digital Technologies or gaining experience in a related IT field.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows family of Operating Systems.
• Understanding of data interchange formats such as JSON and XML.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Basic understanding of networks and networking.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, written, listening and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage workloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail; resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
