Daracon Group is seeking a motivated Bid Coordinator to join our estimating team in Newcastle. You will help prepare compliant, compelling submissions and maintain our bid library, coordinating information and deadlines across multiple bids to help win new work for the Group.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in graphic design and producing polished proposal visuals.
• Experience in administration, document control or submissions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide bid administration support and track submission deadlines.
• Maintain and update the bid content library for accuracy and consistency.
• Keep CV and Project Profile libraries current and organized.
• Manage the photography library.
• Design and populate bid templates with content and visuals.
• Assist in preparing and submitting bids for upcoming projects.
• Learn best practices for formatting and organising bid submissions.
• Coordinate e-procurement portal requirements and submissions checks.
• Coordinate internal content contributors and follow up inputs.
• Maintain tender document sets and version control.
• Prepare returnable schedules with the Bid Delivery Lead for multiple bids.
