Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ – Sydney NSW is seeking a motivated Bid & Submissions Coordinator to join a growing team based in Sydney. This role takes ownership of the submissions process and aims to deliver high-quality bids, tenders and proposals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bid coordination, submissions, tenders or proposal preparation.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience OR 5 years industry-related experience/experience in a similar role.
• Experience in civil construction (highly regarded).
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and meet submission deadlines.
• Prepare, format, edit and review professional submission documents.
• Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage multiple submissions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain and update submission templates, content libraries and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve submission quality.
