LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance in Sydney is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our high‑performing team. As the first point of engagement in the enterprise sales cycle, you’ll generate qualified opportunities and partner with Business Development Managers to build a strong pipeline.

You’ll engage decision‑makers across healthcare, education, insurance, technology and more, mastering outbound prospecting and outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in SDR, BDR or outbound sales roles.
• Confidence engaging decision-makers and gatekeepers.
• Strong communication and commercial mindset.
• Energetic, ambitious and target-driven.
• Willingness to learn and grow into Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior stakeholders via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify opportunities by understanding compliance and regulatory challenges.
• Run targeted prospecting campaigns across industries and market segments.
• Qualify leads and generate high-quality meetings for the BDM team.
• Keep CRM data accurate and actionable.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.
