This phone-first role focuses on outbound outreach, building rapport and qualifying prospects to create a robust pipeline for the Business Development Managers.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales, telesales or lead-generation experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and engage law firms through outbound phone calls, email and targeted campaigns.
• Build relationships with lawyers and legal professionals to understand their needs and challenges.
• Qualify opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain consistent sales activity and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to maximise opportunities.
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage activity and track results.
• Leverage AI and technology to improve productivity and prospect engagement.
