TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator – Microsoft Cloud in Parramatta, NSW, to support deployment, administration, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems. The role focuses on Microsoft Cloud technologies, complex troubleshooting, and system improvements to ensure reliable ICT services.

The successful candidate will manage planning, implementation, and support across enterprise servers and desktops, contributing to infrastructure projects and governance.

Formación

• Significant experience in enterprise server and desktop systems administration.
• Strong experience administering and supporting enterprise ICT environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise computer and server systems.
• Strong capability in infrastructure monitoring and performance optimisation.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise deployments, upgrades, testing, and technology changes.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, system governance, and proactive problem management.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Demonstrated experience supporting infrastructure projects and enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, support, and optimise enterprise server and computer systems.
• Provide technical expertise across planning, implementation, administration, and support of ICT infrastructure.
• Ensure enterprise systems remain reliable, secure, and high-performing.
• Proactively monitor system and infrastructure performance.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and system-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and operational processes.
• Support enterprise system deployments, upgrades, testing, and change implementation.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Reduce operational risk through effective system governance, documentation, and proactive problem management.
• Support the planning and delivery of infrastructure and enterprise systems administration projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure and operational processes.
• Provide specialist technical advice to management and stakeholders.
• Exercise technical leadership when resolving complex system deployment and support issues.
