Job summary

Frazer Tremble's client is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Technology team on an initial 6-month contract through to April 2027 in Melbourne. You will provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot incidents, manage user access and collaborate with vendors to drive improvements in a large, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a complex environment.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Exposure to SQL and API-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of enterprise business applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Manage user access, permissions and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance.
• Liaise with vendors to drive issue resolution and service improvements.
• Support upgrades, testing, deployments and enhancements.
• Monitor integrations and data flows between systems.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in change, incident and problem management activities.
