Job summary

Couchbase is seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Sales professional to drive strategic enterprise opportunities in the ANZ region, with a preferred focus on Sydney. You will sell a complete software, services, and support solution, manage a robust pipeline, and build lasting relationships with customers and partners.

The role requires 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, proficiency in MEDDIC, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise technology sales, quota attainment
• Experience selling professional services is a plus
• Technical sales experience in database technology is advantageous
• Ability to sell through partner ecosystems in ANZ
• MEDDIC or equivalent sales methodology training
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience with SaaS offerings and hyperscalers in ANZ

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
• Acquire net new logos and expand existing accounts.
• Develop sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline in SFDC and track customer interactions.
• Lead presentations of Couchbase to potential customers.
• Build strong relationships to create growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for webinars and events.
