Job summary

UTS is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Organisational Development to lead a university-wide initiative embedding the UTS Leadership Academy and Capability Framework across faculties and divisions. You will drive end-to-end program planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and change management to deliver tangible outcomes.

Based at the UTS Broadway campus with hybrid working arrangements, the role reports to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development and requires strong

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex programs, projects or strategic initiatives within large and complex organisations.
• Strong governance, risk management, integrated planning and benefits realisation expertise.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-wide change and adoption initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Strong written communication, governance papers, executive briefings and decision materials.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, steering committees and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and external vendors.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
