Job summary

University of Technology Sydney (UTS) seeks an experienced Program Manager, Organisational Development, to lead a university-wide initiative embedding the UTS Leadership Academy and Capability Framework across faculties and divisions.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, you will manage end-to-end planning, governance, risk and change management to deliver senior-level outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs in large organisations.
• Governance, risk management and benefits realisation skills.
• Enterprise-wide change and adoption delivery experience.
• Stakeholder engagement with senior executives and leaders.
• Strong written communication for governance papers and executive briefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams to implement the Leadership Academy and Capability Framework.
• Ensure adoption and integration across faculties and divisions.
• Prepare governance papers, executive briefings and decision materials.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants and external vendors to deliver outcomes.
