Job summary

Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking an Organisational Change Management Lead to support a major ERP transformation program. This role will drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption across a university-wide change initiative.

The position leads a geographically dispersed team, guiding governance, communications and training to ensure successful transformation outcomes across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering change strategies in complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and practices.
• Experience leading change impact assessments, communications and training.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior/executive engagement.
• Experience leading teams and driving organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the university-wide organisational change strategy and roadmap.
• Lead change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Advise senior leaders and executive stakeholders on change initiatives.
• Oversee change communications, training and adoption strategies.
• Manage change governance, risks and dependencies.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed change team.
