Probe Group in Melbourne is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Director to drive net-new enterprise sales across Australia. This senior role focuses on finding and closing large multi-year enterprise BPO and CX contracts, with independence to leverage an executive network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise sales experience in Australian BPO, contact centre, or CX sectors.
• Strong, active network across corporate Australia with C-level engagement.
• Proven ability to find, manage, and close large, long-term enterprise contracts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to close key deals.

Responsibilities

• Find and close a high-value sales pipeline across Australia.
• Lead large sales cycles, negotiating with CIOs, COOs, and procurement teams.
• Structure deals with solutions architects and pricing teams for profitability.
• Hand over closed accounts to Delivery and Client Success teams, while pursuing new logos.
